    IBF welterweight champion Jan Zaveck (30-1) retained his title with a 12-round majority decision over Rafal Jackiewicz (36-9-1) on Saturday at the Sportpark Arena. Zaveck won by scores of 117-111, 117-111 and 114-114. Zaveck avenged his only previous loss, a split decision to Jackiewicz in 2008. Jackiewicz was unbeaten since 2005, going 21-0 with 11 knockouts.
